Tzu Chi volunteers devoted themselves completely to disaster relief and later, to reconstruction work. Many people were touched by these actions, so they joined Tzu Chi. Mrs. Huang Meihui was one of those people. She is now 74 years old and has volunteered with Tzu Chi for ten years. Even though she is very petite, less than 140cm (47) tall, she is very nimble. She has been a recycling volunteer for ten years and has never skipped a day. Though she has to take care of her husband who had a stroke, she manages all her responsibilities well. How does she do it all? 1999年，台灣發生驚天動地的921地震，慈濟人全部投入救災跟後續的重建工作，也因為這樣，感動了許多人加入慈濟，埔里黃美惠阿嬤就是這樣的因緣。阿嬤今年七十四歲，做慈濟已經十年了，雖然她的身材很嬌小，不到一百四十公分，不過她身手非常俐落，像是她做環保十年，沒有一天不做，就算家裡面還有中風的先生要照顧，她還是能夠將內外安排得很好，到底阿嬤是怎樣做的呢？
