Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer together with the staff of Taiwan office. 2.Present company and company products to potential customers. 3.Create new business opportunities to guarantee long term customer relationships. 4.Negotiate and finalize different types of contracts (LOI, supply etc.). 5.Lead sales projects to success according to business plan. Sales Planning: - Ensure the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan. - Maximize profitable growth. - Prioritize sales initiatives. ===任職資格=== 1. University degree, major in automation technology, electronics, electrical engineering or other related subjects. 2. 5yr+ experience in industrial automation, ideally with injection molding or plastics machines. 3. Have proven experience in taking initiative, setting and achieving aggressive goals and making effective presentations. 4. Have excellent technical knowledge including familiarity with at least one programming language, will have excellent networking skills, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 5. Successful track record in an industrial automation firm that puts the customer first in order to aggressively develop business. 6. Effective communication, presentation, teamwork.
