섬리조트 매니저 채용 (WA 지역) Resort General Manager (Korean Speaking) One of the most exotic and precious resorts in WA is currently seeking General Manager and Receptionist position. (Korean speaking essential to collaborate with the head office ) The resort is located at WA (4-5 hours away from Perth by flight) Immediate interview can be arranged with the resort HR department if your application has been shortlisted and the commencement date for successful candidate is negotiable but ASAP. 1) Resort General Manager Criteria: - Tertiary qualifications within the tourism/business management preferred - Extensive experience in the hospitality industry including running a hotel/motel/caravan park (not essential but preferable) -Computer literacy skills including Word and Excel and Outlook - Business management and marketing skills - Customer service skills & Dispute resolution skills - Financial management skills Duties of the position include the following: - Day to day management of the Resort with emphasis on the customers - Prepare and balance budgets & Manage purchasing for the Resort - Market and promote the resort with various potentiality - Implement and monitor OH&S policies and safe workplace practices - Implement and monitor cost cutting measures - Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on purchases and recommendations. - Event management and coordination - Comply with/enforce strict smoke free workplace policy and enforce resort guest designated smoking area policy.
