지금이 투자자들에게 상당히 중요한 타이밍 Right now is very critical timing for investors 비관론자가 많은 상황. 특히 지난 3년 비관론자들이 많이 생겼음 Quite of bearish view exists in the market right now. In the past three years, I have witnessed to rise of bearish pessimistic analysts, strategists and investors 하지만, 지금 비관론은 너무나 위험함: 엄청 강한 유동성 장이 만들어 질 수 있는 요건과 조짐이 느껴지는 상황. 지난 3년 많은 투자가들이 트레이딩을 하거나 롱숏을 많이 해도 우수한 운용으로 좋은 성과 올리고 있었을 것임 But, I believe risk is extremely high for those bearish investors for Korea right now. I see all the criteria for liquidity driven rally to materialize soon in Korea Lower interest rate -> increased real estate price -> improved liquidity -> cheap valuation -> sentiment changes -> rise in money velocity -> strong equity market 위의 시나리오가 성립되면 지난 3년간 보지 못한 아주 강한 장세가 만들어 질수 있음. 예상보다 훨씬 강한 즉 2,300~2,400의 고점이 아닌 정말 2,800~3,000가는 큰장... 나도 아직은 기업 실적에 대한 우려로 과거 고점 돌파하는 정도로 이번 장의 고점을 예상하고 있으나 내가 아주 틀렸을 수가 있음. 어느 비관론자가 한 말 처럼 This time, its different이란 말은 정말 조심해야 하는데... 정말 그 말은 이럴때 써야함.. 부정적이 아니라 긍정적 시각일때... 내 21년 투자 경험에 지금 현 상황은 엄청난 강세장이 나와야하는데 억지로 누르고 있는 것 같은 느낌... 따라서, 2,400의 고점은 너무나 편하게 지켜볼 생각... I feel KOSPI index 2,400 is very comfortable zone for investors. Now is not the time to be bearish, but it is time to be bullish. Now is not time time to say this time, its different.
