‼️PLEASE DONT IGNORE THIS POST ‼️ Well i recently went to the new salon Madame Butterfly Hair and Beauty on chillingham road in Heaton. I was not going to bother saying anything about this but for the sheer rudeness of the staff I think I will just fill everyone in about how mad the staff and treatments actually are! Well on the first day I went I got a massage, HD brows, gel nails and a cut and blow dry.... The HD brows I got the beautician forgot to wax under one eyebrow?! Dyed them and waxed one? Seriously? So I had to tell her she forgot and her words was I know I didnt know wether to say anything or not..... LOL! And then the hairdresser asked what I wanted done with my hair, I said I just want a trim. She got her thinning scissors out and completely destroyed my hair! Any hairdresser would know that my thick curly hair needs the weight to make the hair manageable! I asked her about it and she said she had only sone it a little bit I wouldnt notice. I then asked for it straightened and she curled it ? When I got home and straightened it I could not believe what she has done! She curled it to make it less noticeable! She had thinned my hair from the chin length down!! Little scraggly bits of length was all that was left Ive since had to buy extensions to even it out! That same day Stevielee got her eyelashes done by a different beautician to mine and they were lovely so a few days later after they apologised (ignoring my inboxes for 2days first) I went in for eye lashes. The same girl who dont my HDbrows was the only beautician there, she began with my eyelashes.... She didnt remove any of my eye liner or mascara? I questioned her about it and she said the glue is new glue its strong it doesnt matter about makeup?! Anyways half hour later my eyes were totally stuck together and glue, mascara, eye liner allover my face in my eyes! She tried to pull my eyelids apart and couldnt so said your guna have to try yourself to sepeeate them... After ripping half my eyelashes out to do so I finally managed, I looked at her and the glue was allover her hands and I mean covered! Im sure your not meant to use that much glue seriously!! I looked in the mirror and the glue was allover my eyelids it was so painful I asked for her to remove them and she didnt even have the correct glue remover! She tried to get eyelashes off with a oil based makeup remover and spent about 20 mins trying to remove them on one eye by this point my eye was red raw and in agony I asked her to stop and she said I will give you some stuff to take home to remove them yourself! Straight after she gave me and Stevielee a spray tan and she didnt offer either of us any paper underwear, cap or a moisturiser barrier for hands and feet etc? Stevielees hair was soaking with spray tan and white patches all over us! Then at the till they did not want payment for lashes but I was nice (God knows why) and still have the £10 for lashes as they still used the stuff. A week or so later lashes are still in allover the place so painful half my own lashes have been ripped out! Anyways I went back yesterday for nails as that was the only thing that turned out nice from there and they were on offer. I went in not one of the staff greeted me or my daughter.... Totally blanked me no smiles or nothing I felt so uncomfortable as if I had done something wrong? (Even though they still got £10 for lashes out of me which they did not deserve at all!) and even the manager said a nasty remark.. I said its nice how you can bring your kids in here and her reply whilst walking straight past me was we are too nice and there wont be anymore of that believe me! .... How professional.... Baring in mind that this manager was not even in the shop the day of lashes. I showed the girl who was doing my nails the pictures of my eye lashes and she was just as shocked. Anyways I left I had no good byes or thank yous... So girls please just stick to your usual salons like I should of please dont waste your time or money in this place. It wont be open long anyways with that level of treatments and customer service. The first lash pic was after they tried for half a hour to remove them and couldnt, the second lash photo was the finished result and all the black around and under eye was glue! Burning my skin! The only decent member of staff there who stayed professional was a girl called Amy. Please share this so people know. Thanks
