Pique missed in the 40 minute after a corner, but seconds later in the following corner, he made up for it by scoring. The goal was average, but for a defender it was good. He brought the ball down after a spectacular run into the right position, then semi-volleyed it into the net. After that, the match was pretty normal, until the second half. In the second half, Caballero makes a tremendous save after a viscous strike from Alexis Sanchez. Then Pique nods a header towards goal but it clips the post and bounces out. But two minutes later, Messi receives the ball on the edge of the box and slides a pass through to the feet of Pedro, who takes a touch inside before whipping a strike into the bottom corner. 58 Pedro was down on the floor, many Barca fans thought he was injured by his facial expressions, but he was okay, and then once he was back on his feet, he was able to assist Sanchez to decide the match. Messi received the ball again, then he turns around to face the goal, a burst of pace as he passes two defenders, then a pass to Pedro, who unleashes a cheeky timely pass to Sanchez at the other side of the box, and Sanchez finishes. Sloppy defending, Willy Caballero did the best he could with a jump into the shot, but I blame the defense for that goal, they should have got a foot or two in. Straight after that, Pedro needs to be subbed off for Cristiano Tello, who couldnt really seem to live up to the name he created a few days ago when he scored a hattrick. For the rest of the match, Tello was just jumping around diving inside the box, making a fool of himself, while the rest of the Barcelona team were just passing around the back and midfield.
