This is my explanation of the occurrences that lead up to and follow my TV- Televised Arrest Twice for Animal Cruelty, for having to KILL my sons Pit-Bull Dog after it Bite Attack on my ankle. My original arrest 8/30/2013 had abound set to $5,000 by Mesquite Magistrate, that was reduced 9/2/2013 to $500 by Dallas County Magistrate, that allowed my family to pay $150 thru Mavricks Bail-Bond (214)752-4000. During my next three weeks of Freedom, I took new photos and printed past photos to be submitted as evidence by my Court Appointed Attorney Howard Blackmon (972)704-5767. Whom Im sorry I trusted after prior warning against by my friends, who doing a Google search of his history of past win-loss client trial records. Who never acquired for me a Grand Jury Exanimation trial or Discovery. Howard failed to submit to the Judge Levario of 204th Courts of my photos of my Pit-Bull Dog bites, or other photos of its destructive and Dangerous Nature. And also availed to Defend me by presenting Five (5) Recorded accounts of Vindictive Attitudes and Actions by False Witnessing testimony from Jealous Neighbors who live across my back alleyway during the 9/30/14 hearing by the Texas DA For inefficient bond claiming me a FLIGHT-RISK. First I was accused of Impersonating an Officer because I brought my past Tampa, FL Employment ID and Security Badge as proof Im a law abiding citizen, there I was searched by Bailiffs accused of caring a weapon. During the hearing I was upset at Howard for his failure to speak in my defense, which I should have Fired him right there in front of that Judge. His failing to show the Dog Bite photos of my injuries and why I had to defend myself against the teeth known for brutal injuries that carry lifetime scars. I got me Arrested for second time at $50,000 Bond. The Judge then had the Sheriff hand-cuff me and show me off as a convicted criminal, instead of the back way Jail-door for bringing inmates into courts, by walking me out front Court room doors for Setup into crowded hallway of TV cameras and gawking public audience, as Im wearing my church cloths an tie, not any officers uniform. Thus my Bond was jacked up to $50,000 as a multiple Felony Criminal because arty: Howard failed to defend my innocence by presenting past 1983 Pinllas County Florida Felony charge was Jury Trial Acquitted as NOT GUILTY...!!
