- 3rd Year Annual Examination Forms shall be available from Dec 04, 2014 - It is notified for information of all the eligble candidates of Kashmir Valley (including Gurez/Tangdhar) & Ladakh who intend to appear in B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A Honors, B.Com Honors, BBA, BCA, MCMP, Fazila III Year Annual Examination 2014-15 for (Regular/Fresh Private/Failure/Backlog/Additional/English Only Candidates) that the procedure/Schedule for submission of Examination Forms shall be as under: 1. The Last Date for submission of Examination Forms is Saturday (13-12-2014). 2. The Examination Forms can be downloaded by the candidates from the University website kashmiruniversity.net by feeding their Registration Number from 04-12-2014. Incase of any difficulty, candidate can seek assistanced/download Forms from the Information Centres established in various Degree Colleges. 3. Candidates are advised to check their particulars reflected on their Examination Forms carefully and clear the deficiency, if any, before submission of the said Forms. 4. Regular Candidates shall submit the downloaded Examination Forms in their respective Colleges. 5. Colleges shall prepare enrollment for Regular candidates and shall submit enrollment (Hard Copy & Soft Copy) alogwith the forms/fee in the Examination wing of the University by or before 17-12-2014. Demand Draft is to be prepared by the colleges on the next working day after the last date of submission of forms. 6. Fresh Private/Failure/Backlog/Additional/English Only candidates shall submit their Examination Forms directly at the receipt counters of the III Year section, Examination Block, University of Kashmir. Candidates whose Forms are marked as Not Verified shall bring along with them previous marks cards for verification. 7. Regular candidates shall deposit the prescribed Fee in their respective colleges and all the other candidates in any Finacle Branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. (Fee Receipt to be downloaded with the Examination Form). The Fee Details are as under: * For One Subject: Rs.300 + Rs.100 (EMF) + Rs.50 (Heating & Lighting Service Charges) = Total Rs.400/- * For More than One Subject (Other than Regular/Fresh Private Candidtes): Rs.1000 + Rs.100 (EMF) + Rs.100 (Heating & Lighting/Service Charges) = Total Rs.1150/- * For Regular/Fresh Private Candidates: Rs.1000 + Rs.100 (EMF) + Rs.100 (Heating & Lighting/Service Charges) + Rs.150 (Degree Certificate Fee) = Total Rs.1300/- Note: Candidates are advised to submit the Examination Form within the stipulated Time period mentioned above.
