Today wasnt just about maxing out or ego lifting as some like to refer to it. - ✅Leg Press✅ Here I compensated abit of depth for extra weight. We didnt work for reps or a number of sets. Everything was based off what our bodies were telling us and working to failure on each weight, gradually increasing the weight and decreasing the rep range over time due to fatigue. After maxing out after about 10 sets the legs were full and ready to move on. - ✅Leg Extension✅ Then came the volume. Here we basically worked the same method of tuning into the muscle and working towards a high range of reps, drop setting until failure/ quads giving way. - ✅Cardio✅ Finishing key.
