- Question- I am moving from a roach infested apartment to a new clean apartment this week, what can I do to avoid spreading these bugs? WHACKED OUT ANSWER -Oh,,, you cruel girl. ... You are going to abandon those poor little roaches while you go live somewhere nicer. Sorry to hear about your back,, but just think of how pesticide affects the roaches, far worse than it does to you. ......... OK,, they might be annoying & get into everything, but they can be real good company too. ....... If it were me,,,, Id give those roaches the choice of coming to the new place, or not. & If they chose to come with me,, Id set up a little area for them to live in, undisturbed. ......... (sort of like, a large ant farm, but with cockroaches instead of ants.) ... P.S. ... Did you know, that they can be quite Valuable!?? ..... These days,, Cockroaches are bred & sold as quiet small pets. .. Also,, Some species are rare or endangered, & so worth a lot of money. ---- OH MY GOD. This is the craziest answer. Who would call someone cruel for not wanting to live in an infested environment?!?!?!
