02/08/57 Note female cow, 2.5 years old. 20 days ago, she got traumatic at left caudal teat and already closed suture one time but didt success because her wound was dehiscent. 3 days ago, she got to closed suture again. Today we dressed the wound with NSS and betadine. Then collected milk that we estimate about 5.4 liter. 10.00 a.m. male cow he got subcutaneous abscess about 8 cm diameter in front of the penis. Today we dressed the wound with NSS and diluted providone iodine to flushed debris. Then we reduced dead space by gauze and Bacitracin. 10.30 a.m. We helped Aj. Noina cleaned the goat and cow stable. 02.00 p.m. We did wound dressing to Note, female cow that had wound dehiscent at teat again. But this evening we used Dexametasone 2 cc, gentamicin 2 cc and NSS 6 cc mixed together. Next we flushed this medication to her teat.
