Set! Build!” initiative aimed at identifying and promoting development-ready industrial sites; Provided incentive based funding for childcare through the YoungStar rating program—higher quality child care receives a higher state reimbursement; Invested in public schools and put in place school report cards to measure success and progress; Invested in UW-System and froze tuition to help make higher education affordable Expanded school choice so that every child has access to a great education; Projected to make three consecutive deposits into the rainy day fund for the first time in Wisconsin’s history;
