If congress fails to pass a budget by fiscal deadline automatic re election will take place th...e following month for EVERYONES seat in congress. 4. major bills effecting americans income (min wage, SS, government programs) WILL be ratified after it undergoes a popular vote from the people(w/o electoral college), much like a presidential election then signed by the president (if he vetos said bill he wont be vetoing congress but the US as a whole) 5. GET RID OF ELECTORAL COLLEGE AN IOWAN IS NO MORE IMPORTANT THAN SOMEONE FROM KANSAS 6. Lobbist are only able to meet and deal with congress members in a recorded (full A/V) Room whos tape will be available through the public records 7. lobbist are no longer able to give monetary gifts or promises during elected term or after 20 years of service 8. During campain each candidate will have a campain bank account (NON RELATED TO PERSONAL ACCOUNT) that will post spending report weekly 9. each campain pledge WILL NOT exeed $5000 USD (at current inflation rates) and Buisnesses, CEO, boardmembers WILL NOT be able to donate to a candidate NIETHER will PACs, ORGANIZATIONS, CAUSES, FOUNDATIONS, CHARITY GROUP, CHURCH ORGANIZATION FILLED UNDER Common Tax Law Restrictions on Activities of Exempt Organizations 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5), 501(c)(6), 527 (IF VIOLATED ALL MONETARY GAINS WILL BE SIEZED AND ORGANIZATIONS AS WELL AS CANDIDATE WILL BE FINED DOUBLE AMOUNT OF MONETARY VALUE)
