1. Declare who is our official DDO? 2. Automatic flow of Salary and Financial benefits in time with no excuse and conditions 3. Stop Unnecessary & untimely deputation by BRC/DPC/BEO of SIMs on work other then their profile like distribution of books, pure clerical work etc. 4. Deputation/Training/Workshop must be done after informing and taking permission of SPD office/TO(SIM)/SIM Dist. co-coordinator. 5. If dept. want SIMs to do all clerical work also then clerk of that particular school must be transfer somewhere else. Because clerk starts exploiting the SIMs for their comfort. 6. Monthly/Qtrly meeting should be organized by parishad for each dist. SIMs with SPD/TO(SIM) at panchkula to listen their problems and complications. OR online feed back may be asked by parishad. This is required atleast for 3 years as this post(SIM) is new. It also comes under Quality Improvement Programme. 7. SIMs must have authority of arranging meetings/workshop/training sessions for school under them for various projects assigned by Dept. A refreshment or TA/DA BIll upto certain extent be accommodate by concerned principal for visitors of such meeting. ABRCs are given such privilege. 8. NO doubt, there is need of travelling from one school to other school for some special type of projects by dept. Hence TA/DA bill must be given to SIMs like ABRCs
