1. Putting on a seatbelt. 2. Buttoning your pants if theyre kinda tight. 3. Washing your hair. 4. Trying to use a blow dryer on your hair. 5. Opening a ziplock bag. 6. Opening a twist top bottle. 7. Rolling over while sleeping. 8. Trying to dry off after a shower by putting the towel behind you and tugging back and forth. 9. Making the bed and getting the bedspread to catch air to fall gracefully over the top. 10. Hooking your bra. Thats my top ten list for things that make me scream since I tore my rotator cuff. For today. Ill never take the little things for granted ever again. And to those who live in chronic pain with no hope of getting better - youre in my prayers because this really sucks and its hard to make it through the day even knowing its just temporary.
