1. She almost cut off her entire thumb with a pairing knife and she would have also probably chopped off the tip of her thumb with her chefs knife. 2. I aint rich enough to throw away 1/2 of an onion... and even if I were, research says an onion that makes you cry is actually better for your health than the ones that dont make you cry... 3. Its called the freezer, people! If you put your onion in the freezer for 2 - 3 minutes, you harden the cell membranes enough to not make you cry! 4. Also called, a food processor... 5. Also called, a really sharp knife. 6. Also called, chop-faster-and-dont-stick-your-face-on-top-of-the-onion method. 7. Buy pre-chopped onions. 8. Dont eat onions (not recommended! Reason: eliminates toxins).
