1 Timothy 1:19 King James Version (KJV) 19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: When God open our eyes and we see sins in our lives we face an important decision. We can choose to deal with the sin and clear our conscience or we can choose to follow our own way. Unfortunately, by not clearing our conscience and staying on the wrong path, it takes a terrible toll on our walk with God. The longer you embrace your sin and allow it to flourish, the harder it becomes to turn back. A clear conscience is a beautiful thing, but more so is an intact faith.
