1. Water fall in one of the 4 tributaries to the Jordan River, which flows into and out of the Sea of Galilee and on south into the dead sea. 2. The base for the seat by the ancient Canaanite city gate that was captured by the Israelites. David probably sat here (2 Sam 19:8). David may have had this very water fall in mind when he penned the following Psalm. Psalm 42:1-2 As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? (ESV)
