1. Weird thing is that unsubstantiated rumours on wikileaks are far more credible nowadays than mainstream media. The sellout of journalistic integrity is almost complete. 2. I think instead of literacy rate, which is hard to get accurate data on, we can use the number of Swamys twitter followers as an almost perfect proxy for the state of the nation. The lower the number gets, the more real education our country is getting and the brighter our future is.
