1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Here is my post from a year ago on 4-23-13 ...The world tells me I should be worried, but for some strange reason I feel this comforting and overwhelming sense of peace. Oh thats right my God is AWESOME so I have nothing to fear. #OnMyUnoUnoSeis #Phil.4:7. As I got ready to undergo open-heart surgery for the 2nd time I had such a sense of peace and comfort. Looking back at the posts and the words of love and support, brought me to tears tonight. I am in so much AWE of God right now. I mean the phrase started form the bottom doesnt even begin to accurately represent what all I have been through. I cant fully fathom the sacrifices my mom and dad and sisters made for me I cant count the prayers my grandmothers have prayed for me, how much my brothers/boys have been in my corner, I cant tell you how much my wife has supported/sacrificed for me and look at me now a PRINCIPAL. Me lil ol CW a Principal of one of the best schools in the entire world, in less than 2 years of being a Dean. I was so worried then about not finishing my year as a Dean, and God knew then that I would be right here, a principal...LAST YEAR! He says for My Thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways, so so true! Talk about undeserving talk about an AWESOME God, talk about your cup running over! I knew Who was in control and I knew He still had a plan for me and my family, I knew Tre and Hope still needed their daddy, and I knew that He would do what He promised me He would do and that He would be who He said He was and is. 1 year anniversary of my 2nd open heart surgery...statistics say based on the adversities and difficulties Ive faced I shouldnt be here...BUT GOD isnt finished letting me live out the story He has written for my life! #StillOnMyUnoUnoSeis #Phillipians4:7 #MyGodIsAwesome #ImASurvivor #TheStoryIsJustStartingToGetGood #StayTunedMoreToCome
