Here ya go Toni Boushon and Melissa Brecke Chocolate Mint Creams 1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 6 TBLSP butter 1 TBLSP water 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 egg 1/2 to 3/4 lb pastel cream mint kisses In medium saucepan hat and stir brown sugar, butter and water over low heat till melted. Pour into a large mixing bowl and let stand for 10 min or till cool. Beat egg into chocolate mixture. Stir in flour and baking soda till well mixed (dough will be soft). Cover and chill for 1-2 hours or till easy to handle Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 8 minutes. Remove and immediately top each cookie with a mint. Return to oven and bake about 2 minutes or till cookies are done. Swirl the melted mints with knife to frost the cookies. Remove and cool till mints are firm. Makes about 48 cookies.
