Remember to keep pushing yourself by taking less of a rest. start: 30 burpees (needless to say, but its the push-up version) 8 rounds for time: 26: 1) side-side bar to chest pull ups x 10 or straight leg side-side EQ x 20 2) alternating single arm KB swing x 15 (35 lbs) 3) Hanging knee to elbow x 10. Mod: butterfly x 20 4) jump rope x 100 Finish: 30 burpees
