Job Description Crude Trading and Business Development areas provides a unique opportunity to apply commercial deal leadership skills from origination through project management to deal execution and implementation. The Crude Business Development Team is responsible for leading some of the more complex multi-stakeholder Shell Trading deals both to grow the third party Trading business and by representing Trading within major Shell Group projects. The position will provide an opportunity to interface with all Shell Businesses (upstream and downstream), take responsibility for developing senior level relationships, lead the negotiation of substantive agreements and develop wider Trading knowledge. Requirements: - Relevant Business Development and commercial experience is essential. - Experience in Trading or within a Trading environment and knowledge of the relevant markets. - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities. - Experienced negotiator. - Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and to use this to sell ideas to customers. Complimented by a sound knowledge of the North America oil markets. - Strong evidence of commercial acumen and delivery in dealing with 3rd parties. - Resilience in dealing with setbacks. - Knowledge of structured finance and credit risk desirable. - Bachelor degree. - Fluent Spanish and English.
