Advanced group pre-set: 3 rounds of the following- 10 burpees 20 plank jacks 20 slow mo MCs (total) 6 rounds for time 1) plyo push ups, all 4 limbs x 15 2) DB thrusters x 10 3) burpees x 15 4) vertical jumps- knees to elbows x 15 5) plank knees-to-elbows x 15 each MP group: warm up: stairs, slow mo MC, jumping jacks, hands to toes, etc. 30 min AMRAP 1) HR push up (mod: on knees) x 15 2) DB goblet squat x 10 (single DB) 3) slow mo MC x 20 total 4) fingers to toes crunch x 20
