12 Days of Christmas Workout! Merry Christmas!!! This is the breakdown 1. 1 Minute of Shoulder Tap Plank Kicks 2. 2 Jump Squat Heel Tap Double Drop Downs 3. 3 DownDog Pushups 4. 4 Chair Long Jump Jack Tuck 5. 5 4 Mountain Climbers 1 Pushup 6. 6 Wide Tuck Squat Half Burpee 7. 7 Superman Pushoff Pushups 8. 8 2 Switch Lunge Drop Squat 9. 9 Side to Side Burpee Star Jumps 10. 10 Chair Air Squats 11. 11 Over the Mat Jump Squats 12. 12 Switch Lunge Pushups So you will start the workout with 1 minute of Shoulder Tap Plank Kicks You will then go to number 2 and do 2 Drop Down Heel Tap Double Drop Squats and then back to one for one minute of shoulder tap plank kicks. You will then drop to number 3 and do 3 Down Dog Pushups, 2 Jump Squat Heel Tap Double Drop Downs and one minute of shoulder tap plank kicks You then go to number 4 and do 4 Long Jump Jack Tucks, 3 Down Dog Pushups, 2 Jump Squat Heel Tap Double Drop Downs and one minute of Shoulder Tap Plank Kicks You will then start number 5 and do 5 Mountain Climber Pushups, 4 Long Jump Jack Tucks, 3 Down Dog Pushups, 2 Heel Tap Jump Squats and one minute of Shoulder Tap Plank Kicks. You will then start number 6 and do 6 Wide Tuck Jump Squat Half Burpees, 5 Mountain Climber Pushups, 4 Long Jump Jack Tucks, 3 Down Dog Pushups, 2 Jump Squat Heel Tap Double Drop Downs and one minute of Shoulder Tap Plank Kicks. So you will continue this until you reach 12. The format of the workout is exactly like the 12 Days of Christmas Song👍 Now, that One Minute Shoulder Tap Plank Kick will challenge you!! Fight for it!!! Take breaks when needed, warmup , sip water and stretch when you finish. This will take a full hour so break it up if you need to or plan to do this on a day when you have extra time.. Why not close out 2014 with a crazy challenging workout??? You can also change the exercises above if you wish. Modify when needed and always stop if you feel nauseated or dizzy. Dont like one of the exercises?
