15 MINUTE WORKOUT‼️‼️‼️ Sometimes I do the elliptical, other times I do weight training, other times I do speed rollerblading to switch it up, etc. At the end of the day the point of it all is that you actually put in a nice WORKOUT. For those of you who have little to no time to go the gym, no monwy for a membership, or simply prefer to workout alone like me without people surrounding you, here are some HIIT workouts (High-Intensity interval training). This is an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. In other words and in my video, you do intense bursts of activity for 30 seconds with 15-20 seconds of walking or even complete rest in between each exercise. The number of repetitions depends on the exercise and your capacity. I did 3 rounds of all 6 exercises. The benefits of this workout is that it’s ideal for people with busy schedules and most importantly research shows that you can actually achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of HIIT than the girl that spends 1 hour on the treadmill!!! Also, I always try to think about my stay at home moms, working clients, and people who don’t have much time to go to the gym. With this workout you need no equipment, no gym, and barely no time. So guess what????? NO EXCUSES!!!!! Start now!!!!
