In the papershop in La Paz the shop owner tells Cosmo he has the goodies for ink addicts, but this stuff is not be injected: 20 boxes of cartridges. Cosmo needs 3000 of those. They need to be shipped from Europe, that will take between 3 tot 12 weeks, no one can tell.
