1주일간 Esurance와 4번의 전화 싸움, F word만 빼고 아는 욕 다 쏴부치곤 마지막으로 매니저 갖다대라고 하곤 4분정도 hold기다려서 드디어 mistake, apologize, refund.소리 받아내고 expedite the process. his direct number, name 확실히 챙겼다. 이틀안에 이멜로 refund처리 됬다는 결과 받기로 했다. 마지막으로 I expect no more phone call from your company since I already wasted ample time on the phone with you. I just need the email confirmation on the refund! 하고 통화 끝! 이정도면 나 끝내주게 잘 싸우는 싸움꾼! Yes, I am proud of myself. Never give up! 정말 웃긴다.. 10분전만도 customer service 여자는 완강히 refund 안된다던데... 내가 Is this how you do business? Ripping off on everybody.. Definitely a small court case! Where is my FB? (이거 외에도 더 무식하게 밀어댔음) 하곤 매니저랑 얘기하니 금방 스토리가 바뀌네... 세상 내가 하기 따름이다. 싸우자.. 내가 맞는다고 믿으면 끝까지 싸우자!
