2013 FUTURE STARS OF SPORTS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL PROSPECT CAMP ST. CATHARINE COLLEGE ST. CATHARINE, KENTUCKY This is your opportunity to showcase your fastpitch skills in front of college coaches from across the Region! All players will be evaluated for: Arm Strength and Accuracy * Agility and Leg Speed * Lateral Movement Glove Work * Foot Work * Batting * Pitching All players will be run through a series of position specific drills. November 2, 2013 Saturday 9:00-4:00 St. Catharine, Ky. 40061 On the morning of November 2, 2013 St. Catharine College & Future Stars of Sports will be conducting a College Showcase Camp. This camp will be held at St. Catharine College Fastpitch Softball field. St. Catharine College, 2735 Bardstown Rd. St. Catharine, Ky. 40061. We expect 10-15 colleges to be attending. This camp is open to High School Freshmen – Sophomores – Juniors – Seniors. Junior College players are welcome to attend as well. All players will run through a series of position specific drills. I acknowledge that participating in this program involves risk of personal injury to Participant or others. Understanding that risk and in consideration of Participant being allowed to participate in the program, I, on my own behalf and on the behalf of the Participant, Participant’s heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns (i) fully release and discharge St. Catharine College and Future Stars of Sports from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or cause of action of whatsoever kind of nature, in longevity or otherwise, which hereinafter may accrue against them and which in anyway may arise as a result of Participant’s participation in the program, regardless of whether based on fault or negligence of the Releasees (iii) covenant not to sue any of the Releasees for any matter relating to Participant participating in this program, and indemnify, defend, and hold Releasees harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, cost or expenses ( including attorneys’ fees or other cost of defense ) which any of them may sustain as a result of , or in connection of Participant’s participation in the program. I hereby give permission for emergency medical treatment in the event I cannot be reached. This also insures that my daughter is in good physical condition and health. I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. By signing this waiver I am acknowledging the risks being assumed, without limitation including injury or death to Participant regardless of how it arises and even if it results from negligence or fault of the Releasees.
