2014 has been a very trying year for the Roy Koonce family. Heart issues along with a brain tumor along with a messed up hip has kept me in bed more than on my feet. Without Faith in Jesus Christ, I do not believe for one moment we could have made it thru this year. His Love is beyond compare. We were told by the doctors early this year that I probably would never be able to work at any employment again. We werent sure how we would pay our bills or a place to live. God has supplied our every need. He has kept his hand on me during all surgeries. I have healed from each surgery at an incredible rate. Our finances have been there because of friends, family and the Church. The government gave us a permanent disability status allowing us to draw Social Security Disability. They approved it in 5 months. With one years back pay. People were telling us that we would have to hire a lawyer and it would take 2 years. They dont know my God. I give him all the glory. 2014 has come with a lot of pain and agony along with a lot of illness. Others as well as my wife and I have continued to pray. We have seen the Lord answer all these prayers in his way and time. We are entering 2015 with the old flu bug but there are people praying for our healing as I type this. HAPPY 2015 EVERYONE!
