2015 Elections: The Infamous Game Plan. The nation woke up - TopicsExpress

2015 Elections: The Infamous Game Plan. The nation woke up about 3 days ago to incendiary rhetoric credited to El-Rufai that power changes hands in 2015 by force of arms. I still can not decipher the visual signals of what is being communicated to the citizenry. Does it mean APC has no chance of winning elections in Nigeria in 2015 and alternatively sees the use of FORCE to get to power? In his words: The next election is likely to be violent and many people are likely going to die. And the only alternative left to get power is to take it by force. This is the reality on the ground. - Nasir El-Rufai. What force is he talking about, if one may ask? Can elections not take place without recourse to unnecessary bloodshed? Is this the game plan of a party that is supposedly laced with formidable intellects? Nigeria , if we all need reminding , is larger than any ethnic group or individual. It is outright impolitic for Nigerians to succumb to the diabolic whims and caprices of a gang of desperadoes. Statements that are capable of giving birth to separatist feelings and aspirations are better avoided under the existing circumstances. Hence THE NIGERIAN DREAM condemns this wickedly infamous game plan in its entirety.
