2015 Vanuatu Government Scholarships (VGS) APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!! The Ministry of Education (MOE) through the Training and Scholarship Coordination Unit (TSCU) is pleased to invite applications for the 2015 intake of Vanuatu Government Scholarships at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, for study in the region. Vanuatu Government Scholarships program aims to provide opportunities in a broad range of study fields that support economic outcomes and focuses on improving the livelihood of citizens. The revised Priorities and Action Agenda 2006 – 2015 has as its vision a, “Just, Educated, Healthy & Wealthy” Vanuatu. Recognizing that human capital is its most important resource, the Government seeks to build a cadre of qualified graduates to address the country’s challenges and improvements in its development efforts that meet the national vision.
