2015 is here and I am sure after a nice bit of relaxing that you are thinking more seriously about your structured exercise program again. I know how easy it is to feel stale with your regular workouts. I know this all too well being a PT whos life revolves around exercise which is why this year I am dedicating myself to a very powerful stye of strength training that not only challenges my body, it also challenges my mind. If you are feeling bored and frustrated with your workouts, its time to add more play into your movement schedule. The one reason I LOVE trampoline time and handstands in the park is because I want my body to move more freely than it does in the gym lifting weights. I am sharing an intro video with you of the type of training I have commenced. The great thing about these workouts is they can be performed in my living room! 2015 will see me focusing on this style of training and implementing this style into my PT sessions for greater strength and movement variety.
