24/9/13 4BC Radiohead Pure Life Sprouted Bread, Avocado & Apples Deborah topped the Pure Life Sprouted bread with tomato & avocado so that Moyd & Loretta could taste all the wonderful flavours that it had. As the name suggests the grains are sprouted rather than crushing it in to flour. Sprouting the grains increases its nutritional value. Deborah explained that this sprouting process is how bread was made bread hundreds of years ago. Moyd commented on how moist the bread was & Deborah said that some children think it is like cake because of how moist it is. The bread does not contain any added sugars & can also be toasted. There are many different varieties of the sprouted bread & it can be found in the fridge section of the store. The avocadoes were, of course, organic & do not contain any nasty fungicides. Deborah mentioned, whilst they may not always look attractive on the outside, inside they look great & have a beautiful creamy texture. They come from the Blackbutt Ranges. Deborah also took in the baby royal gala apples. These crisp Tassie apples are still on special & are only in season for approximately another month. Indooroopilly Store will be celebrating their 5th Birthday from 10am this Saturday. They will be having lots of tastings & giveaways plus much more. Thank you, Wray Admin
