Forecast: The regions of CARAGA and Davao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along these area will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas. Negros Occidental to include Bacolod City will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
