[ 241 ] Well, all I can say is, that its about time. Qantas chief, My Alan Joyce is going to be involved in an enquiry with the politicians asking a please explain what is going on with all the job cuts . Hopefully the politicians can put the right pressure on Mr. Joyce in asking him, exactly how Qantas is really going and what is going to happen in the future. Apparently, the talk is that he wants to sack people to then re-employee them on a lower wage. I am sick and tired of hearing all the crap news and may have some justification in giving my opinions at times with what has been going on. Mr. Alan Joyce is now going to re-employee most all the staff after sacking them to pay them a cheaper wage. Mr. Joyce has stuffed up the performance of the company and he wants to now reduce all the wages to try and make a larger profit or lesser of a loss. I wonder if he is going to reduce his wage, because if he does, he should be paying the company 8 million bucks a year for screwing up the companys fortunes and profitability while he continues to work there improving the companies fortunes. For some reason, I do not think he will lower his wages as when a person is making 8 million bucks a year and in charge, why make his living standards suffer with a reduced wage. WHAT .....? The company he is in charge of is suffering with the profit, making a huge loss and loosing heaps of business while he is in charge, and yet he does not want to suffer with a lower wage. WHAT ......Ned to end it there as I will get overworked with all the bullshit going on. While I have been resting [ and sleeping ] a bit due to a lack of sleep a week or so ago, I have been working on my house design, refining it and improving it as I go along. I need to keep all the improvements to myself as the house has become even more than a state of art design. The more I have worked on the design, the more it has even impressed myself with the features, its design and what it can offer in high tech security and a way of life that will only improve a persons health and well being. A truly incredible design that if ever built, will show the people living in the home just how their lives will change for the better, in many ways. I have improved the landscaping features and have ideas that will bowl people over. In doing my Architectural course at R.M.I.T., I was also taught Landscape Design and Construction and also Elementary Surveying that gave me the skills to use all types of levels and a theodolite. The surveying skills I was taught has given me the skills of relating from a R.L. [ reduced Level ] in assessing levels for pits, drainage pipes, water sump pits, site cuts, cut and fill situations, water retention systems and finalizing the levels for landscaping of the proposed home. Another subject that was in my module was Site supervision and Report Writing that also gave me the ability to construct a project of any type. Thus it was very useful when I was working as a builder and project manager in organising the construction of projects of whatever size and budget constraints. All of my learnings from studying Architecture has been combined into my overall design skills to design the home that I am designing at the moment. Just putting rooms into a concept of a house design does not constitute a beautiful designed home with features and a concept that is incredible. My house design has all of my 30 odd years of design expertise coupled with my life experiences, my health learning experiences, new techniques of growing their own food and food preparation, a self sustained home using the majority of natures own energy resources and providing for a wonderful family environment while being a home of learnings that can teach people new skills in how they manage their health while changing peoples lives with how they live and do things while living in this home. Personally, I have always been an individual that researches all things for general knowledge, while improving my knowledge for all things I am involved in doing. I always look at new constructions and new techniques to keep myself up to date with current building technologies. The more new ideas and techniques I store in my mind, the more options I give myself when designing a new project. And believe it or not, but while I have been living on the streets, I have been observing existing homes in certain locations and working on that existing site with what I could do with that site, in designing a new house concept for that existing site. So, few people seeing me walking or starring at something in a park or near the beach or wherever, have no idea that I am actually designing a house design within my mind that I would feel would be far more advantageous to that site than the existing house or building. It could be residential or commercial, the fact that I am always thinking and working on better ideas for an existing structure has always been on my agenda while living on the streets and driving around. Even when I was driving a truck for a job, the run we were doing for the day would have me passing the same areas about 5 times a day going back and forth. I would see a place of interest and start designing a new concept for that existing situation. So I have never stopped designing and working on concepts even when I was driving a truck.
