3 young teenage boys from Ottawa are walking along the shore of the Ottawa River when they notice that Prime Minister Harper has fallen in and is in distress.....they all dive in immediately and manage to pull him to shore....upon recovering, the Prime Minister looks at the 3 and says I am forever in your debt.....anything you want it yours....the first boy says, I want a state of the art computer....the best video and audio systems as part of it....its yours says Harper....govt procurement services will be in touch with you tomorrow.....the second boy says I want to go to Disney World....its yours Harper says.....a trip for your entire family.....the third boys says I want a fully equipped wheelchair....mouth controls....the whole nine yards.....puzzled the Prime Minister asks....why would you want that.....youre a healthy, abled bodied young lad.....you saved my life from the river?.....without hesitating the boy replies.....because Im going to need one the moment my father hears I pulled your ass out of the river :)
