Tolkien (In Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the ring) Whenever I read Hebrews 11 about the people I refer to as the Hall of Faith Inductees something remarkable strikes me: THEY ALL PROVED THEIR FAITH IN TURBULENCE. None was found worthy of recognition for sake of faith without having to be tested with challenges. - with faith in you it gets dark all around but you can perceive a brighter end - with faith in you it gets tough all over but you can perceive an expected end - with faith in you it seems small from the onset but you can perceive and anticipate a greater end. Faith works best for one who is long-suffering, one who is enduring, one who never gives up at all. Faith is never for the faint hearted, neither is it for the coward. Faith requires courage, it requires patience and above all faith requires endurance. You dont give up at all because theres darkness, hardships, trials, tests, etc. Brace yourself up and face it squarely knowing that theres victory at the end regardless of present toughness.
