In a pro-strong mayor interview in 2006, John Peacock (who compared the police to terrorists on one Gallery Night in 2012 while the mayor likened the scene to Beirut) predicts: With the mayor in charge, its his fanny in the seat, so he better go out to talk to citizens and make sure he understands what the community wants. Four years later, Ashton Hayward and company have a scorecard on their behavior in this city. Are we better off than we were four years ago? Do we want four more years of the same?
