4000 below does not need to pay for income tax when new tax is on. But let me do some overall calculation for u. Income tax is just a small amount, but raise everything to 6% and cut down subsidy of the important stuff, that however is just playing us like monkeys. Another true problem is those with family and their pay is just above 4000 are barely able to sustain their life, that, and all together is driving the country down. A 3rd world country with the govern that thinks it is a 1st world country will not survive long~! So brace yourself.
