426# X 5 Trap Bar deadlifts Part 2 of 4 on yesterdays Lower strength session . I hit my first met-con in 3 months on Friday... Even though my met con took a little hit Im okay with it as it wasnt my focus right now . My Focus is strength and my numbers are going up every month . A lot of people ask me why and is it the right thing to do? My answer will always be whats your goal? and What do you like to do? Theres no right and wrong . Go make mistakes and then go back to the drawing board .
