47th Anniversary dinner at the venerable and classic Saint Jacques Restaurant. For starters - Amuse Bouche then a trio of Escargot and Blue Cheese and Almond Nougat with dainty salad greens - accompanied by lavender and cranberry bread, salted focaccia and a succulent Vouvray. A very unique and delicious beet and ginger sorbet cleansed our palates. For dinner, Lynette had a classically prepared Filet Mignon with lobster butter and Rick had Braised Veal Pied Pacquets (stuffed veal). Creme Brûlée and an amazing Chocolate Ball of Dream completed the evening. Well not be eating for a week or so!!
