5 Star: Karen R. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was very clean, organized and appealing. Dr. Husain was really friendly. She did a great job at explaining my vision health with me and was really sweet. This was my first time getting glasses and using my insurance so I didnt really know what to expect but the optician Gabe did an amazing job explaining everything to me. He really broke down my insurance and explained to me all my options. It was nice because I didnt feel forced or pressured into anything. He explained the coatings and asked which I felt would apply to my every day life. Picking out the frames was a little hard because they have so many to choose from but Gabe really made the experience fun and got the other optician and Doctor involved asking their opinions between a few styles I was debating. Overall I walked away feeling really comfortable and confident with the whole experience and referred my coworker to go. The only downfall is parking but its West Hollywood and its right off of Santa Monica Blvd so that really isnt in their control but I did have to keep running to my meter haha. I give them 5 stars because they really made sure I was happy with my glasses. When I came back to pick them up Gabe even remembered my name as soon as I walked in and had asked me about something we spoke about on my first visit. I was surprised he remembered so much because it was a week prior and I am sure they see a lot of patients. So it made me feel good to know they actually listen and engage in their patients. Thats really important. If you live in the area and are looking for a fun, clean, gay friendly office. This is the place.
