(St. George) Interested in Room for rent? @St George for April 1st - professional, very clean, quiet Hi, We have an unfurnished room available and it runs at $517 per month. Im TJ and the we refers to me and my other roommate, George. Were both native New Yorkers and artists as well (Hes a professional actor; Im a freelance writer with a day job). The place is in Staten Island and is about a 6 minute walk to the SI ferry terminal. The neighborhood is relatively quiet-theres a police station two blocks away- and we live above a small convenience store and the view is awesome, right across from the Hudson River. The room is 8 by 11, spacious and has a closet. You can add your own furniture or remove something if you want. The kitchen is small, but works just fine and theres a shared bathroom. Utilities (Electric, Internet & Gas) are separate from rent and add up to $68 per month. No cable, though I have Netflix and am willing to share.. Were both laid back, friendly and really respect others moods, so if youre having a bad day, well understand. Also, we genuinely like people, so awesome discussions can be had as well. Overnight guests are cool, but just give us a heads up. Addendum (non-negotiable!): Because of the size of apartment and previous experience, I cannot rent to couples, sorry. Rent AND security deposit ($517+$517=$1034) is needed to move in. Steady employment is a must. If I havent bored you, drop me a line. I can also send pictures of the place. Thanks for your time.
