530am, driving why 80 from Davis to Madison Avenue, I hit something (again) on the freeway. Praying, please just get me Madison Avenue, then flap, flap, flap. Put hazards on, pull over. Flustered getting insurance card out to call for roadside. Bright light pops in back window. CHP has arrived. He tells me that I need to drive my car off the freeway to a safer place. So, we back up, quite a ways, to take the of ramp to Auburn Blvd. He wanted me to go to the park off freeway and 80. I asked if he would stay with me until the roadside arrived, he said he couldnt once I was safe off freeway. Ok, then I am not going to a dark park and waiting. He followed me to Heritage Oaks Hospital parking lot. He then sped off without me telling him thank you. Roadside arrived soon after, tire fixed. Driving around on the donut all day. I arrived home around 630, got a text from midwife to come to The Birth Center (TBC). We had an awesome birth. Left TBC around 1pm, got lunch, ran home to change, then ran all over Orangevale and Roseville for a Big O to see if they will replace tire. Nope, didnt have roadside hazard. Ken suggested we get hazard on tires since I am traveling so much, we were able to get hazard for the three good ones and the new one. I am exhausted. I get to sleep in a real bed tonight. AH!!
