6 Pack Ab Progression on the Buso ball. Start by sitting on the front most part of the ball. Fall back slowly opening your rib cage at the bottom, then vigorously contract as you begin to site up. Once at the top, continue to squeeze until you begin to sit back for another rep. Beginners start with hands on the chest. As you progress, place hands behind the head with elbows staying outside of your peripheral vision the entire movement. For advanced lifters, stretch the arms behind the head (add weight if needed). Aim for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps. Enjoy:)
