6. Part A. FIRST TO COMMENT: When an item is posted that you wish to purchase, In order to be first in line to purchase this item you MUST be the FIRST TO STATE in the comment box on any individual post “SOLD PENDING INSPECTION” or VERY INTERESTED PENDING INSPECTION, you are therefore the FIRST TO COMMENT on this item & FIRST IN LINE to purchase this item. Potential buyers MUST NOT PM expressions of interest to the seller in order to purchase an item, this will not be considered by admin as the FIRST TO COMMENT for any reason. Any Seller or potential Buyer who uses this practice or seller who sells their item to a member who has contacted them via PM will not be tolerated by Admin & will be removed from our groups. Potential buyers can only PM A SELLER for pickup address or arrangement for a pickup location & NOT TO PURCHASE an item. If the buyer who is FIRST TO COMMENT declines to purchase this item, only then can the seller offer their item to the potential buyer who is NEXT IN LINE (NIL) to comment. PART 6A FIRST TO COMMENT will then apply to you. Sellers MUST allow the FIRST TO COMMENT 24 hours to complete transaction before offering their item to NEXT IN LINE (NIL). 6 Part B. NEXT IN LINE (NIL): If you wish to be NEXT IN LINE to purchase an item in the event the FIRST TO COMMENT falls through or fails to complete the transaction you MUST state NEXT IN LINE or NIL. 6 PART C. All Buyers MUST test or fully inspect the item BEFORE purchasing the item from the Seller (Do not ask for a REFUND or ARGUE after you have handed over your money to the Seller.) It is the responsibly of the BUYER to check that an item is working or in suitable condition prior to handing over any payment. If the Seller has not shown you that the item is working then do not pay for it on the day of purchase. All posts/photos must be removed from the group once the payment has been made &/or the transaction is completed.
