635x2! Switched between conventional and sumo up to 555x3, and then did conventional with 585, 605, 625, 635 all for doubles! Then did some 1+1/2 deadlifts, which are a full deadlift then down to right below the knee and back up! Killer! After deadlifts I did some close grip bench to work my triceps and then did an obscene amount of curls with a buddy! Deadlift: 315x2, 425x2, 495x2, 555x3, 585x2, 605x2, 625x2, 635x2 Sumo: 315x2, 425x2, 495x2, 555x3 1+1/2(x2): 525x4x3 (3 sets of 2 of those cycles) Close grip bench: 225x5, 275x4, 315x3x2, 335x3x3, 345x3x2 14 sets of curls, seated rows
