#6914: Its interesting at what a summer can do to a person. I always used to be the type that never believed in love, finding someone right for you, etc. I thought it was severe bullshit, hell, I thought everything was severe bullshit. The closest thing to love for me was a good cigarette, coffee, and no bugreports or end-users giving me shit from software Id write at work. Everything else, a personal life included, was just getting in the way and literally everything pissed me off. In this time Ive gotten closer than ever to my girlfriend and its...changed me. I believe in love, finding the right person, the little things. Im not as annoyed at things anymore. Im less temperamental, better maybe (for sure)? Ive met the girl I see myself ending up with, in imaginative stories that mimic the happily ever after love scenes that would ruin movies for me by making me hate them. I dont know why this is relevant to anyone here, but, Im here to say that if youre living an existence worse than small shit in tall grass that...well...theres hope. Hang in there, if it happened for me it can certainly happen for you. Life is beautiful for the first time ever.
