7:00 pm Monday 12/8 Doreen and Hamilton Cadwell have stepped up!!! In case you havent met them, Doreen and Tiny Hamilton are the Insanity instructors at the GCFC... they are a pretty awesome partners... Hamilton continues to stretch our fitness level into fatigue and then Doreen picks us up to carry us through with the modified moves when we peak and start to fail... They work great together and always continue to support our staff and team at the facility... Once they read the newsletter that I previously sent announcing that cardio kickboxing would need to cancel for Monday, they offered to bring their class into its place. SO.... Monday, December 8th, 2014 will be INSANITY at 7pm. PLEASE COME! Either to keep your cardio at that high intensity that our awesome instructors always bring. Or maybe just try the class for the first time! You wont be disappointed!!!!!! Thank you Doreen and Hamilton for coming to the Cardio workout.
